Objectives:

  • Provide a simple and elegant look to the front driveway and entrance that would enhance the
    visual appearance of the house
  • Honour and incorporate the existing tree
  • A design that compliments the house and does not overpower it

Key Features:

  • Clean curved lines wrap around the existing tree
  • Some of the existing plant material like the Mugo pine and the standard Blue Spruce were incorporated in the design
  • Stone bench provide a welcoming affect to the front entrance as well as give it some visual relief
    and interest
  • Lighting highlights key features and extend the visual impact of the planting and design
  • The interlocking stone driveway gives a house a very rich appearance
